The launch of Europe's first ever NERF Action Xperience at Manchester's Trafford Palazzo was unveiled through a two-phased event strategy, each tailored to showcase the venue’s distinct zones.
The first phase was a stakeholder event celebrating the launch with key partners who brought the project to life. The gathering allowed guests to engage directly with the space and zones, offering firsthand experiences of the interactive gameplay and retail space. We had live entertainment, including a DJ, performances by football tricksters, and a magician, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.
Following this, we held a press and influencer event with 110 VIP guests, including key regional media and high-profile faces. It began with a high-energy launch countdown led by the Manchester Storm ice hockey team and a visually impressive confetti cannon display. The evening continued with opportunities for guests to explore the venue's unique zones, where they captured content and took part in the games.
