new vic apartments is a stunning build to rent scheme in manchester city centre. we were appointed to deliver a themed gatsby launch event for residents.

The interiors bring together the old and the new, with a nod to the opulent Gatsby era and so the event was designed with this in-mind without become overly themed and appealing for the residents.

A 1920s Rolls Royce welcomed guests at the entrance with a red carpet into the impressive foyer. We served welcome drinks including a bespoke cocktails, the New Vic Spritz, as well as a full bar service. A pianist entertained guests with a variety of classic covers and modern pop in a vintage style and he dressed the part to fit the theme. We set up an art deco inspired Photo Booth area with props which included a stunning backdrop to fit the 1920s theme.

Later on we served street food in the dining spaces and a DJ played a mixture of vintage classics and modern hits.
